Holiday Shipping Status

Shipping Times Update:

Due to the Canada Post Strike That went from Nov-Dec 17th some packages were delayed. We switched to shipping alternatives to Fedex and UPS during this strike, However if your package was ordered before the strike, it was most likely held up in transit and now will continue to be delivered.

All Orders and Items have been shipped and are in Transit if you have not received orders from NOV/DEC. If you have not received your order yet, It was held by Canada Post and has resumed shipment due to them coming off strike and your tracking info will now begin to update again. A low percentage of orders were placed to locations that we were only able to ship Canada Post to. So we had to hold some orders until the strike was over to ship them.. which may be the reason for your order being delayed.

If you ordered to a PO Box, Those are owned by Canada Post so your package was shipped out on Dec 17th.

Due to the increased volume around the holidays there may be delays that are out of our control. We do not control the shipping companies, So unfortunately we are unable to do anything to help these delays that may happen. We appreciate your understanding!

 

If you have received half your order or are missing some items from your order, Not to worry... They are on the way! These items were shipped separately. We do this and they arrive at different times depending on what is in your order! Adult and Kids items ship separate because they are from different warehouses. Accessories may also be shipped separate as well! Not to worry... All items will arrive! We are sorry for any inconvenience !
